Frequently asked questions

What counts as "one day" for streaks?

Any day you log at least one activity for that habit counts. Consecutive calendar days with at least one log build your streak.

How is my level calculated?

You gain one "XP" per distinct day you log any habit. Every 7 such days, you level up. Your progress bar shows how many days until the next level.

Can I use it on mobile?

Yes. The app is responsive—use it in your browser on any device. No native app required.
